SMJ Charme Apartments is the acronym of Simonetta, Martina, and Jimmy, founders of the SMJ Charme Apartments project. Their vision is clear: to renovate and enhance properties dedicated to hospitality, bringing them back to their most authentic essence and transforming them into elegant, welcoming, and charming spaces.
Management is handled by Katia, Property Manager. Together, they are a team of professionals united by a clear vision: to offer a stay experience that combines comfort, style, and authenticity.

An art historian, born and raised in Milan, Simonetta brings to the world of hospitality a deep sensitivity for culture and beauty, rooted in her family history connected to art. Values that are reflected in elegant spaces and in a welcoming approach capable of transforming every stay into a unique experience.

Martina
An interior designer born in Angera, on the shores of Lake Maggiore, Martina lives and works between Varese and Milan. Her passion for good living and design is expressed through projects with a strong aesthetic impact, where hospitality and comfort merge into harmonious spaces designed to make every guest feel welcomed and inspired. As co-host of the project, she carefully takes care of every detail.

Graduated from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Katia is the Property Manager and the organizational soul of SMJ Charme Apartments.
